- Always use BOTH flavours equally, dispense the same amount of soft serve from both flavours where applicable on two flavour machines.
- Two flavour machines cannot be operated with only one flavour!
- Adequate space is required on both sides of the machine for ventilation. An open space of 1.5m or more will be good for ventilation…
- Too high room and or ambient temperatures will negatively affect the soft serve machines operation and productivity.
- NEVER box the soft serve machine in whilst in operation or restrict air flow.
- A regulated 220v power supply is required at all times.
- Regular service intervals are compulsory.
- The condenser has to be cleaned monthly.
- ALWAYS transport soft serve machines complete and assembled and in an upright position as you would use it, never transport a soft serve machine flat down!
