Smart Candy also closes for the Festive Holidays every year, keep an eye out for the yearly notification and dates so that you can prepare in advance and order enough stock.
We accept the following:
- EFT Payments.
- Online Card Payment Link.
(Request one if you need to pay from outside South Africa) - Card Payments – In Store.
- Cash Payments – In Store.

Immediate Pay and Clear payments are the best as we do not release stock if the payment has not cleared with us.
Proof of Payment (POP)
After the payment has cleared in our bank account we will print the Invoice for packing.

Customer paid for delivery with Smart Candy:
We will revert back to you with tracking details so that you can track your delivery. - Customer to collect or arrange own transport:
We will notify you that your order is ready for collection, this will then be the ideal time to book the courier to collect from us and please forward us the Waybill for printing or send us the contact details for the responsible person to collect your order from us.

Please note that we are packing orders throughout the day and by allowing us sufficient time to process and pack your order you allow us the opportunity to make sure we pack the orders correctly and as required. We cannot guarantee that immediate payments will immediately be packed and ready to be collected, we do need time to process and pack so please wait for us to revert back to you as soon as your order is ready.
If any payment is received and not finalized and or packed for collection before our 14H00 cut off time for couriers, the order will be dispatched the following business day.
Smart Candy cannot make any delivery date or time promises and will NEVER be able to guarantee you a specific date and time of a delivery.

Yes, for sure! You can supply us with all the mixes that you need with your booking request email or you can order them online in our Online Shop: Smart Candy Online Shop
We unfortunately do not offer Delivery and Collection services, but you will be able to collect from us and return again yourself.
You will be informed via email with your booking confirmation what the collection and return times are for the set booking. These times have to be adhered too for a successful rental booking.
We will supply you with a formal Quote that will include our banking details, by paying the required deposit or full amount will confirm your booking.
No Deposit = No Rental!
We DO NOT accept card payments for any rentals!
The deposit is required to confirm your booking, as we have a specific number of machines available you will be allocated a machine as soon as we receive your deposit and or deposit with full payment. We do large amounts of Quotes, and we cannot keep machines out for anybody if we have not received a deposit to secure your booking. By paying the deposit you commit to your booking request, and we commit to allocate the require machine or machine to you and so preventing double booking etc…
